  Over his life, Raymond has acquired many of the most important skills needed to successfully build and direct a multifaceted cannabis corporation. Boasting decades of experience developing and building cannabis cultivation systems, Raymond is an engineer by trade with corporate experience. Raymond has accumulated a wealth of experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and alternative heating, cooling, and irrigation solutions as well as managing construction projects. Additionally, Raymond is an experienced heavy machinery operator, and as a former field engineer and cell tower technician in telecom, he possesses a high degree of IT experience. Raymond is an experienced botanist and bio geneticist, a farmer focused on creating ideal environments for plants while constructing sustainable and eco-friendly buildings to support the environmental needs of the larger ‘cultivation ecosystem’. In his free time Raymond enjoys his long-time hobby of learning legal theory and practice, motorsports, gold mining, hunting and fishing, is an avid drone pilot, enjoys mycology, and has a long-time passion for amateur rocketry.

  Andrew brings over ten years of valuable experience as a founder and director of a Milwaukee based charitable nonprofit, built from the ground up, and includes a thriving community center. An experienced grant writer, planner, through the execution stages, Andrew has developed and launched English, literacy, and health programs to needy families. Joining the CannaBest team in 2022, he brings experience from the nonprofit sector; administrative, fundraising, media, technology, and professional writing to grow the corporation. Andrew relishes the challenges and opportunities found in his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and looks forward to building a company that shows strength everywhere. Focusing heavily on the company image, ethics, and shuffling around the administrative offices, Andrew brings his diverse experience for building a company’s infrastructure in the background, focusing more on the administrative side than operational. Andrew also focuses on company safety and security mechanisms, law enforcement collaboration, escalations, and mitigation. In his free time, Andrew volunteers as a coach at the (3-peat State Champion) Milwaukee German Immersion School chess club, and enjoys playing sports, mountain biking, and outdoor activities.

  Brian “Scott” Adams has over 30 years of combined experience as a field engineer, working primarily in the telecommunications and IT industries. Scott’s experience is complemented by extensive knowledge in areas such as cultivation operations, biomass production, and agricultural systems. Joining the team in 2021, Scott has assumed the responsibilities of his role as Chief Information Officer (CIO), working with company leadership in both operational and administrative capacity. His versatility and broad knowledge base share similar experiences with the CannaBest CEO, making Scott a vital partner in building and maintaining workflows, projects, and staff. Scott enjoys spending time with his family and traveling the United States. He is an avid fan of music and reading; these stemming from his classically trained musical background and a legacy from his parents who were both educators. 

    Spencer is a lawyer who, after passing the bar, will become the Chief Legal Officer of CannaBest Industries, Inc. Until then, Spencer will liaise with the numerous licensed attorneys of whom we are currently clients. Upon bar passage, Spencer will aid in the defense and prosecution of all legal matters pertaining to the company. Seasoned attorneys are not familiar 19 with cannabis law and often refuse to touch the subject due to the stigma surrounding it. Fortunately, Spencer is a young professional who will be at the forefront of the ever-evolving field of cannabis law, of which he is already highly educated. Spencer also engages in networking with other entities to increase the status, credibility, and visibility of the company. With an eye on regulatory compliance, and a likewise diligent focus on investor relations, Spencer adds academic and legal prowess. His friendly demeanor and educational background also make him an ideal teammate when it comes to relationship building. His fresh perspective, dedication to learning, and fearlessness add a unique value to our team that cannot be found anywhere else.
